My First & Funniest Fishing Trip
Haha long time no post it seems .. and now im here to tell you a story about my first fishing trip today. Well .. wad happened was .. we woke up in the morning, the sun was shining brightly and we could even feel the heat ! The fishing trip was planned ! My parents and I had never fished before, so this "kor kor" brought us along with him on a fishing trip ( my first fishing trip ) We realised we had to stock up some of the items before we could start fishing ( for ex Hooks and Worms ) .. so we set off for the nearest fishing shop .. We bought everythin we could BUT the shop ran out of worms >.> so we set off for a shop further away .. Finally, with all the items and the worms ready, we left for our destination ; a beach quite a distance away. The fishing spot was VERY far away from the carpark, so with all the things all ready packed, we started walking all the way to the fishing spot. More than 20 minutes walk !!! When we finally reached, to our dismay, we found out that we forgot to bring the plastic bag full of the items we bought this morning ( it was still in the car ). So, my parents walked all the way back to the car and back .. more than 40 minutes wasted. When they arrived, we started to set up for fishing BUT we found out we had to move as a couple of scuba divers were in the water .. so .. we walked further up ( another 10 minutes lost ). At last, when we were about to cast the fishing rod, the weather changed dramatically.. It started to rain cats and dogs .. and the lucky thing was that WE DIDNT HAVE UMBRELLAS !! ( how lucky is that ??? ) We tried to cover ourselves with a poncho ( a mat for sitting on the sand ) BUT the wind was so strong that the poncho couldnt be kept open to cover our heads .. so we decided "forget it .. walk in the rain" .. Well .. so when we reached our car .. we were drenched thoroughly .. Well .. after we finally finished packing up and were about to drive off, it stopped raining .. How nice was my first fishing trip ? ^^
